Little Trouble makes cool clothes to celebrate kids for being kids. They added Polls to make it easier for parents to share their cool clothes with other parents.
Challenge:
Little Trouble already had a strong content marketing strategy and lots of Instagram followers, but they wanted a way to drive more word-of-mouth sales while reducing cart abandonment rates.

Polls made it easier for shoppers to share Little Trouble with their ideal demographic (young parents with young kids) while giving them the push they needed to click ‘CHECKOUT’
Outcome:
- Decreased cart abandonment rate by 16%
- Visitors from Polls had a 63% higher conversion rate than visitors from other channels (e.g. Instagram)
- $9k in new revenue from Polls
